I'm a Toronto-based coach with extensive experience in career management, leadership and learning. Having worked in Canada, the U.K. and Australia as a coach and consultant for individuals, small-to-medium-sized businesses, non-profits, public sector and major corporations across a wide variety of industries, I've developed and put to use a strong intuition, broad perspective and considerable business acumen.

 

My primary focus is on supporting people, one-on-one and in teams, to sift through the day-to-day complexity to achieve clarity and success with organizational and career goals while remaining aligned with personal values and aspirations.

A Certified Professional Co-Active Coach with a Professional Certified Coach credential through the International Coach Federation, I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Western Ontario and am currently completing a Master’s Certificate in Adult Training and Development. I'm accredited in leadership and personality assessment tools which I use both with individuals and teams.
